Description
MAINTENANCE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
– Check the condition of pump
– Remove pump
– Clean the impellers and shaft sleeves
– Carry out repair of impellers (machine and metal coat for corrosion/erosion areas on impellers using HVOF technology).
– Repair mechanical seal
– Remove the old wear rings on the impellers
– Fabricate new wear rings for impeller
– Fabricate new shaft sleeves.
– Machine and install new wear rings and install/ fix them onto each impeller.
– Carry out new all bearings
– Carry out Belzona 1341 coating for the impeller to prevent corrosion issue on impellers
– Carry out balancing for the impellers to ISO 1940 – grade 2.5.
– Install and test the pump
